How to order

  1. Open the SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) at www.sewp.nasa.gov.
  2. Select Category B, or name LightFront LLC as a suggested source.
  3. Attach your SOW or bill of materials, and include the period of performance, delivery location, NAICS code and any set-aside.
  4. LightFront responds through the QRT by your deadline.
  5. Your contracting officer issues the delivery order citing contract 80TECH26D2030. The SEWP PMO processes it, and LightFront starts work.

Support and problem orders

Warranty and support

  • Services are performed to each delivery order's requirements, and deficiencies are corrected at no cost.
  • Products come from the OEM or authorized distributors, with the manufacturer's warranty passed through. Extended warranty can be quoted.

About SEWP and fair opportunity

NASA SEWP, established in 1993, was the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. It is self-funded through a 0.34% surcharge and has three categories: A – ITC/AV Solutions, B – Enterprise-Wide ITC/AV Service Solutions, and C – Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions. As a multi-award GWAC, SEWP VI gives contract holders fair opportunity under FAR 16.505(b)(1) for orders exceeding the micro-purchase threshold. The SEWP PMO processes delivery orders but does not issue them.
